Only clients, employees, and affiliates of Holtec International are eligible for access to the HUG website, and all applications for access must be approved by HUG staff.
Returning HUG Users
Were you an active participant on the old HUG message board? If so, reactivating your account may be simple as resetting your password. Follow these directions to reactivate your account.
1. Click here to go to the Forgot Your Password form.
2. Enter your email address in the field on the form.
3. Click on the Reset My Password button
4. If your email address was previously registered with HUG, you will receive an email message that contains a secure link to reset your password. Please click on the link in the message to reset your password. After you reset your password, you will be able to logon to HUG. If you do not receive this email message, please be sure to check your spam folder as the message may be incorrectly flagged as spam.
Note: if your address is not registered with our system, you will be directed to a form that indicates that your username or email address is invalid. If you believe that you have received this message in error, please use this form to contact the HUG administrators and we will contact you about setting up your account.
New HUG Users
Are you new to the HUG community? If so, please complete this registration form to create an account on the HUG website.

2. Enter your preferred user name. Please note: this cannot be changed later, so be sure to enter a username that you can remember.
3. Enter your email address. Please note: your email address will be visible to all HUG users.
4. Enter your first name. Please note: your first name will be visible to all HUG users.
5. Enter your last name. Please note: your last name will be visible to all HUG users.
6. Enter your biographical information. Please note: this information will be visible to all HUG users. You may want to enter your job title, and place of employment in this field.
7. When you have finished filling out the form, push the Register button at the bottom of the screen to submit your registration request. Once your account is approved by a HUG administrator, you will receive an email confirmation containing instructions for completing the registration process.
